I woke up this morning and noticed that I have almost made it to two months of sticking to it. Sticking to this fitness & better eating. I don't remember the last time, sticking to it for so long. It is awesome!! It feels great!
I made sure that I watched what I ate today. I didn't want to ruin how I felt starting my day this morning. I went to the gym this morning and did lower body. My legs were real wobbly by the time I got off the machines. I did real well throughout the day until the evening. I don't know what it was, but it felt like I was real snacky!!!
Also, if you noticed the change on my blog. I added a link to recipes that I have used to really help. I am not the type of person that will sacrifice taste, so check them out.

Ham Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread w/ Lettuce, Tomato & Mayo/Mustard

Dinner- 6:30 pm
Chicken & Spaghetti w/ Diced Tomatoes
Water (2)
Evening Snack- 7:45 pm
Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich
Chammomile Tea
I am having sinus issues tonight, so I have the vaporizer going. I am hoping to get to feeling better before I go to the gym tomorrow and do cardio. So I will talk to everyone tomorrow!
