So, when I woke up this morning, I had no motivation to do anything today. This is how bad it was. I went to bed last night around 11:30 pm, woke up at 9:00 am, came out into the living room and lounged on the couch with the kids. I fell back to sleep about 30 mins. later and didn't wake back up until noon. I stayed in my pajamas until about 2 pm (until our HVAC guy came to fix our heat pump), and that was when I finally got dressed. I felt like a real lazy bum!!!
We took the kids swimming at the YMCA around 3 pm & while the kids were swimming in the pool, my husband and I did water aerobics, focusing upper body. I use to teach water aerobics for 3 years (before I met my husband). I was a bit rusty, but it felt really good. It wasn't until we got done was I feeling it in my arms. My husband felt it about 3 hours later in his arms. I am so glad I got it done, no matter how lazy I felt today.

Tomorrow is cardio day, and I am really looking forward to two things. One- the kids are back in school (YEA!!!!!!!!!), and Two- I am really looking forward to rockin' it out on the treadmill at the gym. Talk to everyone tomorrow!!!
