It is Super Bowl Sunday and I made sure that it was my free day, so I could really enjoy the Super Bowl party that we had at a friend's house. It was great to have an adult only night and watch a great game (WAY TO GO SAINTS!!!)
Even though it was my free day, I still stayed active & did more laundry & cleaning out closets. The only other thing that didn't go well, was how often I ate. I ended up eating two meals throughout the entire day & grazed at the party of party food that probably wasn't the best.

Super Bowl Party Dinner/Snack- 5:38 pm
Chicken Enchilada
Spinach & Artichoke Dip w/ Tortilla Chips
Spicy Queso Dip w/ Tortilla Chips
Chex Mix
Chocolate Scotcheroos/Rice Krispies Treats
Water (5)
Tomorrow it is back on track so it is cardio day. I am looking forward to working off my yummy free day treats! Talk to everyone later.
