Today, I feel was a more productive day. I have a tendency to skip breakfast, but I have made sure to have breakfast each morning. Lunch, I made a pretty good choice, and dinner, I made at home & it was delicious!! And I have leftovers for lunches!!! And I went to the gym, did 30 minutes on the treadmill & spent 2 minutes of it running. I was so proud of myself. When I got done though, I wanted to fall on the floor, but I am so glad that I pushed myself!!!!
Here is my food journal entry for today:

Two slices of toast w/ butter & strawberry jam
Water
Lunch
Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Dijon Honey Mustad Dressing
Coke
Afternoon Snack
Grapes
Water/Coffee
Dinner
Healthy Garlic Chicken Stir fry (cubed Chicken breast, carrots, onions, celery, green peppers, garlic)
White Rice
Water
Evening Snack
Hot Cocoa
So today, I feel great!! Yea me!!! I did really well on making sure that I didn't make bad choices, and made sure that I had water & snack throughout the day. Man, what a world of difference!!!
