So, I am going to do a quick blog because I am exhausted tonight. I didn't sleep well last night & I worked at the office all day.
I went to the gym after I dropped the kids off from school and did 31 minutes on the treadmill; doing 1 full minute jogging for a total of 2 minutes. Slowly but surely, I will get up to more time running & less time walking. Yea me!!!

Fresca Salad w/ Grilled Salmon

Homemade Taco Salad (taco meat, lettuce, salsa, cheese)

Tomorrow is Lower Body, so I will talk to everyone tomorrow!!!

Good for you!!! 6 months ago when I started jogging I could only jog for 1 minute at a time. I slowly added minute intervals each week increasing the time I could run continuously. Now I can jog for almost an hour and am hoping to run my first half marathon in May.

I'm also impressed with the way you've turned your diet around in the last few days. Do you totally feel better? Isn't it a great feeling?
