Good Morning everyone!! Sorry that I didn't blog last night, I was so exhausted!!! So that is why I am blogging first thing this morning.
So yesterday, was my Free Day and I don't think that it was such a free day to sing about. I didn't get much rest the night before because my husband went over to his buddies' house & didn't get home late. And, we are big UFC fans, so I also stayed up to watch the fight that night.
We got up and got dressed to meet our friends for breakfast, and we went to Fire Mountain (a.k.a Ryan's Steakhouse) and usually that is a free for all, but a lot of the heavy stuff didn't look to appealing. We then went to church, and I dropped my husband, aunt and the kids off at the house and went shopping for a family that we sponsor at church. It always feels good to give, especially during this Christmas season. When I got home, I wrapped the presents & took them to the youth group at church and came home. I had dinner with my family & then took my oldest daughter to her friend's Christmas dance recital (Way to go Henna!!). Then we got home and I just wanted to crash- I was so exhausted and didn't stop.
Looking back, I noticed that I did not once stop saying that I was too tired to do anything. I didn't get exhausted and just go home and sleep. Even though I didn't get enough sleep, I still had energy to do all the things that I did that day. But the one thing that I kept wanting to do, that I didn't do was jump on the treadmill and do a 30-minute walk/jog. But I didn't really crave sweets until maybe at the end of the day.
Here is my food journal entry for today:
