Today we got started off real rocky. But I am pretty proud of myself that I didn't let it interfere with me getting my exercise in for today. This morning, I woke up at 7:27 am.........Wow!! I was so late!! Everyone (except my husband) was still sleeping, and the kids had to be at school by 7:45 am. So I woke up and started getting everyone up for the morning. I didn't get hysterical like I normally would. It was beyond my control- I couldn't turn back time. So I had everyone get ready and have breakfast while I got my swimsuit on. I didn't get the last kid dropped off until 8:00 am, but hey, at least they got to school.
Once, everyone was at school, I headed to the gym and swam. I did about 4 more laps then what I did last week- yea me!!! Then, after I showered up and got ready for the day, I was off to work.
I am pretty proud of myself about this morning. Typically, I would of yelled through the house like a windstorm, stressing out and getting everyone off to school, and saying "Screw today," and skipped working out, and eating crap.

Hot Cocoa
Tomorrow is upper body day. I think I am starting to really get the hang of this working out thing after all!! Now let's master the diet & I am set. Talk to everyone then!

i am very proud of you too. you did not let this ruin your day or did you take it out on anyone else....way to go! that was a big change and you just moved on. the old liz would have STILL be having an issue over it.
