I am still one day behind, but I will be blogging tonight to get us caught up.
So yesterday was my Free Day. I didn't know what I was going to do that day to treat myself, but I was figuring I would just try and relax. But as the day went on, I never realized that exercise made my days go by pretty good. I was a bit stressed out getting some work finalized for my husband, and the day went by so fast, it felt like I couldn't enjoy it. By the time I could finally relax it was almost 8 pm. WOW!!!! But instead of getting stressed out and eating copious amounts of junk food, I didn't budge until when I could finally relax!!
Here is my food journal entry for Sunday:
Breakfast
Pancakes (2)
Sausage Patties (2)
Coffee
Lunch
BLT
Chips
Water (2)
Dinner
Honey Grilled Salmon
Roasted Potatoes
Mixed Vegetables
Water/Beer
Evening Snack
1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
Handful of Popcorn
Beer (2)
Today, is cardio day, so I will talk to everyone tonight!!!
