Day Thirty-Eight- I Can Hardly Move My Right Arm & It Hurts To Stretch!!!

Good day everyone!!! I have been struggling all day to move. I am hurting from yesterday's workout. I really pushed myself yesterday & today I am feeling it. With that said, I have really started to notice that clothes are starting to fit differently, my body feels different from where it was when I started all of this. It is so motivating!!

Today was cardio day, and I was feeling a bit under the weather. But I knew I had to keep with my commitment. So, I went down to the basement and got on the treadmill. But the one thing that I noticed is that if I workout on the treadmill at home, I am easily distracted than if I went to the gym and did the same thing. While I worked out on the treadmill, my boys were coming down wonder what I was doing, I kept thinking of the pile of laundry in my laundry room that needed to be washed and folded. The Christmas cookies that I still needed to make with the kids & getting the house ready for Christmas.

So instead of spending 30 minutes on the treadmill, I only spent 20 mins. I really felt cheated out of it. I really need to make sure to go to the gym everyday and do my workouts there. That way, I can leave, do what I need to do for myself, and come home and focus on that without distractions.

Now, Christmas Day is my free day. I don't know about anyone else, but it seems to be really tough to hold out until then. For example, Christmas cookies that I make with the kids every year. I wanted to dive into the cookie dough!!! So, I had my husband do it with them because I knew I wouldn't have the willpower to hold back. The cookies didn't turn out well at all so I am going to have to do it, but you know what.....It was great that husband knew that I wasn't going to make it & he stepped in so I didn't fold!! Thanks honey!

Homemade Chicken Salad Sandwich (Shredded Chicken Breast, Diced Apples, Raisins, Diced Celery, Mayonnaise, Whole Wheat Bread)

Country Beef & Rice (Ground Beef w/ Mixed Veggies served over rice)
Water (2)

Tomorrow is lower body, and I am hoping that this sore throat/fever that I have been having all day will go away tonight so I can go and workout. Talk to everyone tomorrow!!!
