So I am about a day behind and I apologize for that. I have been so exhausted these past two days. So I apologize for my delay.
On Friday, I went to the gym and did cardio. I ran two 1-minute intervals on the treadmill for 31 minutes. I am getting there on the jogging. Sooner, I can add 2-minutes, I hope! I made sure to watch what I ate that day, but it turned out to be a great day. At our office, we our new tenant started. He has his PhD in Nutrition, so I was talking with him about my issue with being more tired then normal. So we recommended adding more B12 as well as keeping an eye on my electrolytes.
That night, it was also "Game Night" at our house, so it was nice to hang out with friends and just relax. I was worried that I was going to crash my good eating habits, but I think I did pretty well!
